after march break, my allergy is not getting better. so lucky i found the prescription of dr. pilarski,.. went for a walk to square one, (fri, ) monday long walk with susie to sherway. transfered 1 k from monthly income.. doing well ..
i started reactine and ointment monday marc 21.. looking good, no more itched and very little skin itchiness.
will spent some time with irene on jun3-6. she had booked our intrawest hotel for may.. but, i am getting lazier this days.. i need to exercise.
